    The Hertz Corporation has announced that it plans to launch an electric vehicle car-sharing scheme in Oxford, England. The idea is that customers will be able to rent, initially, a Nissan LEAF for as little as one hour – hourly rates start at £5 and include insurance, roadside assistance, maintenance and cleaning.
